Privacy Protection OneSource conducts our business in compliance with applicable laws on data privacy protection and data security. Protecting the security and privacy of your personal data is important to OneSource. OneSource does not install any software applications including spyware on your computer, does not sell any information under any circumstances to third parties and uses any information obtained only for the purposes of enhancing the ability to use OneSource's website or to improve OneSource's services to customers.

Data Collected Automatically When you access OneSource's Web Site, OneSource automatically collects non-personal data, such as the type of Internet browser and operating system used, domain name of the Web site from which you came, number of visits, average time spent on the site, pages viewed. OneSource may use this data and share it with our affiliates to monitor the attractiveness of our Web sites and improve their performance or content.

Volunteered Information When you contact OneSource or respond to the surveys, questionnaires or applications OneSource makes available or if you e-mail OneSource, you are voluntarily releasing information to OneSource. If you answer questions OneSource has placed on the page, you are also voluntarily releasing that information to us. You may decide not to answer any questions; if you do, you may still continue your OneSource Web Site visit, but we may elect not to provide you with the related services or features. All computer-generated information, such as your e-mail address, may be used or shared with OneSource affiliates, third parties and/or transmitted to another country. An example of a third party that could receive your Personal Information is a data processing contractor that operates computer systems on our behalf. Our third-party recipients are: data processing contractors that provide computer services on our behalf, distribution firms that will fulfill your requests, billing firms that process your orders, mailing firms that will assist us with our mailings, marketing firms that will assist us with direct marketing, and service contractors that provide maintenance and repair services on our behalf. Children OneSource does not solicit reports or any other information from children under 14 years of age. OneSource will not knowingly collect personal data from children without insisting that they seek prior parental consent if required by applicable law. OneSource will only use or disclose personal data about a child to the extent permitted by law, to seek parental consent pursuant to local law and regulations or to protect a child.

Your Account Access
Usernames and passwords are stored in our database for use in our reporting system. This information is kept secure on our private servers and is only used to assist you in accessing your account as a client. No information is released outside of the OneSource system.

Terms Only OneSource and OneSource authorized entities are allowed to access information stored on our servers. Unauthorized accessing of OneSource information stored on our servers is a violation of the law. OneSource has placed security measures and firewalls on all network servers in an attempt to prevent outside parties from accessing private information. In the event of a breach of security, OneSource will press charges to the fullest extent against those parties illegally accessing information on our servers.
